Comfy shoes with enough cushion support for running. A little tight around the toes. If you have wide feet suggest you get the wide size if available.

Have worn Asics Gel running shoes before. Unfortunately this style has given me severe pain in my heel after wearing them only a few times. I can’t use them and after 6 weeks my feet are still sore.
