very satisfied

there was a fault with one of the pants and i could not return it at store

i wasnt very happy with my purchase, I bought 4 rackpants, one of them was sewn back to front and when i went to my local insport store in rousehill to exchange them, i was tod that i couldnt do that as i had bought it online and i had to go through the whole process of emailing them and then sending them the trakpants then they will send back another pair. I think this is ridiculous and not good customer service especially when the garment was faulty.
I would like this to be rectified as i dont have the time especially in this situation where we are locked down to waster my time going to post office and then waiting for the garment to replaced

ones not enough

Not many trackpants have an open leg so this BRAND is WINNER for me. So easy to get on and off.
