I am extremely disappointed in the way your staff has packed my order.
My order of the CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR ALL STAR LEATHER LOW TOP BLACK arrived with not only 2 different sizes but also 2 different styles of the shoes. A mix up of the shoes may have been understandable but 2 different sizes and also different shoes seem like this order was definitely packed with no attention to detail at all.
To think that this company themselves calls them a “leading sports clothing and footwear retailer” seems out of reach. I would not be able to even bear to think about the standards that are held in order for this to happen to my order.
In any circumstance will I be ordering or shopping in store with Insport ever again and I will also inform all my family members and friends about this experience to warn them of this irritating inconvenience.
