An exciting opportunity exists to join In Sport, a leading sporting retailer in our Burwood store - Immediate Start

About the position 

We are looking for a Store Manager to join the InSport team on a 5 day week roster to drive outstanding performance (must be available weekends). You will undertake a number of duties, including:

  • providing exceptional Customer service
  • achieving store sales targets and budgets
  • assisting with merchandising, stock duties and store presentation
  • contributing to create a collaborative, fun, results driven team environment

Skills and experience

To be considered for the role, you need to demonstrate that you:

  • have previous retail management experience (+1 years)
  • are reliable and work hard to achieve targets
  • are an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast pace environment
  • have excellent verbal communication skills
  • have a passion for the retail industry and delivery of exceptional customer service
  • have outstanding time management skills
  • are flexible to work weekends and late trading hours

Full Time Sales Assistant - Rouse Hill and Birkenhead Point, Drummoyne

An exciting opportunity exists to join In Sport, a leading Sydney based sporting retailer in our stores at Rouse Hill and Birkenhead Point, Drummoyne.

About the position 

We are looking for full time Sales Assistants to join the In Sport team on a 5 day week basis to support the store manager and team in driving outstanding performance including:  

  • providing exceptional Customer service 
  • achieving store sales targets and budgets
  • assisting with merchandising, stock duties and store presentation
  • having an excellent understanding of product knowledge

 

Skills and experience

To be considered for the role, you need to demonstrate that you:

  • are reliable and work hard to achieve targets, KPI's and benchmarks
  • are an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast pace environment
  • have excellent verbal communication skills
  • have a passion for the retail industry and delivery of exceptional customer service
  • have outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • are flexible to work weekends and late trading hours
  • have previous retail customer service experience (not essential but highly regarded)
