DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

DELIVERY COSTS

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $99

Australian standard shipping - $9.95 postage and handling fee for orders less than $99.

Australian express shipping - $19.95 postage and handling fee for orders.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

SAME DAY DISPATCH for all orders placed before 2pm (AEDT) Monday- Friday. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

Online orders will be delivered within approximately 4-7 working days after being placed. Please allow for additional delivery time to regional areas and areas outside NSW.

Please note that orders may be delayed in sale/holiday periods or due to stock availability.

If any item(s) in your order are out of stock at the time your order is processed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those item(s).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When you complete your online order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and will include a tracking number to track the status of your order at http://auspost.com.au/track/

All orders are dispatched by Australia Post Standard (excluding express postage). For  expected delivery times, and to lodge an enquiry for a late item or delivered item which has not been received, please refer to the Australia Post website.   

If there is no one at the delivery address, the package may be left at the address or otherwise Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

We will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage incurred by the customer or any person as a result of:

a)      delay or mistake caused by our carrier that we have no control over; or

b)      by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or if there is no one at the delivery address to accept the parcel and it is left by Australia Post at the residence.

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

All item(s) purchased online at https://insport.com.au/ can be exchanged by post or in person to any InSport store subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice  or other proof of purchase
  2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached and packaging.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. Every endeavour will be made to exchange your item(s) requested, however in some circumstances this may not be available and a credit note will be issued.

InSport does not offer refunds for orders unless they are faulty.

·         Online returns in store

All item(s) purchased online at https://insport.com.au/  can be taken to any InSport store for an exchange of an item(s) or a credit note for the purchase price stated on the original receipt/invoice, subject to the conditions above. You must also provide identification matching the name and shipping address on the invoice.

·         Online returns via post

  1. Please contact our customer care team via email at online@insport.com.au  during the hours of 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number for your order.
  1. To assist you as quickly as possible, please provide the following information in your email:

a)      Your name and address

b)      Date your order was placed

c)      Your Order ID number located on the top right hand corner of your invoice

d)      Your tracking number, if known

e)      If you would like an exchange, please provide us with what your preferred replacement choice is

  1. Package your item(s) in their original condition  with the RA number clearly written on the package and return to:

You are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns.  We recommend that items are returned to us via registered Australia Post to ensure that they are trackable and protected during transit.

  1. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Once your return has been received and processed, if an exchange is requested, your replacement item(s) will be posted to you.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligations which may include a full refund or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and an RA is issued.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of a customer’s normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. The fault must be a manufacturing fault.
